Refund Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent cancellation and refund process. Please review our policy below:

1. For bookings less than or upto 06 rooms -

• 95% refund if cancelled 2 days inadvance (48 hrs): cancellation within 48% hours - non-refundable.

2. For group bookings above 07 rooms -

• 95% refund if cancelled 30 days in advance: cancellations within 30 days - non-refundable.

Important Notes:

• 1. In case of any cancellations, 5% convenience fees will have to be retained.
• 2. 100% advance deposit for all room bookings.
• 3. The original receipt must be presented for cancellation and for processing the refund.
• 4. Refunds for bookings usually take 7-10 working days.
• 5. All refunds will be made against cheque only.
