Qualifications:Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized university.

 

Work Experience:5-8 years of work experience in hotel operations (Front Office, HK or F&B. Candidates with prior experience with reputed hotels will be preferred.

 

Skill Requisite:Strong knowledge of core hotel operations, strong communication skills (oral & written), ability to work under pressure, worked on hotel softwares, active and physically fit, positive attitute and team leader.

Work Experience:2-8 years of work experience in similar capacity. Candidates with prior experience with reputed hotels will be preferred.

 

Skill Requisite:Strong knowledge of Front Office department, pleasant personality, strong communication skills (oral & written), ability to work under pressure, worked on hotel softwares, active and physically fit, positive attitute and team player.

Food and Beverage Service

Sr. Bartender / Bartender

Qualifications:Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized University.

 

Work Experience:1-3 years of work experience as Bartender. Candidates with prior experience as Bartenders preffered.

 

Skill Requisite:Good communication skills, mixology skill and in-depth knowledge of drinks and concotions, flexible with work timings.

Food Production

Sous Chef

Qualifications:Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized university.

 

Work Experience:5-8 years of work experience in Food Production. Candidates with prior experience with reputed hotels will be preferred.

 

Skill Requisite:Strong knowledge of food preparation and their receipes, Food Safety knowledge, attention to detail, creativity, time management skill, ability to work under pressure, team leadership skill.

Accounts and Finance

Accounts Auditor / Snr. Accountant

Qualifications:Commerce Graduate with specialization in Finance or Buisness Administration from a recognized university. Candidates with Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Inter C.A. appeared are also preferred.

 

Work Experience:5-10 years of work experience in similar capacity.

 

Skill Requisite:Strong knowledge of accounting procedures, organized, familiar with accounting software and programs, familiar with financial accounting statements, accuracy and attention to detail.

Kitchen Stewarding

Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor

Qualifications:Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / Graduation from a recognized university.

 

Work Experience:2-5 years of work experience in similar capacity.Candidates with prior experience in reputed hotels will be preferred.

 

Skill Requisite:Strong kitchen stewarding knoweldge, good knoweldge of Hygeine Practices and FSSAI Rules, team management skills,
