For group booking of 07 rooms & above – 95% refund is applicable if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations
made within 30 days prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the package value.
All cancellations will attract a 5% convenience fee.
100% advance payment is required to confirm room bookings.
Original receipt is mandatory for cancellations and processing refunds.
Refund process usually takes 7-10 working days.
All refunds will be made against cheque/ bank transfer only.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission, service or accommodation without a refund for any reason(s) and/or if
the guest is found to act in a disorderly fashion or refuses to follow the standards and policies of the Management of the
hotel.

This is the perfect hotel and the rooms are wow. I really liked the food and the quantity. Also, the room service was quick. The most affordable, luxurious hotel I have ever seen in Mumbai.By the way, they are taking every Precaution and you will find sanitizer in every lift and in the hotel lobby as well. The staff was cool and very respectful. Yes, you will get a free buffet and swimming pool.
