- Check-in time: 12.00 noon & Check-out time: 10.00 a.m.
- It is mandatory for every guest to produce a valid ID with address proof at the time of check-in.
- All foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.
- It is mandatory for an affiliated Club Member to present their valid Club Membership ID along with ID proof for all guests
at the time of check-in. - Free stay for children below 05 years without an extra mattress.
- Outside food, beverage and liquor is strictly not allowed in the hotel.
- As per hotel policy visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. In-house residents can meet their visitors in the hotel’s lobby or
restaurants only.

made within 30 days prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the package value. - All cancellations will attract a 5% convenience fee.
- 100% advance payment is required to confirm room bookings.
- Original receipt is mandatory for cancellations and processing refunds.
- Refund process usually takes 7-10 working days.
- All refunds will be made against cheque/ bank transfer only.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission, service or accommodation without a refund for any reason(s) and/or if
the guest is found to act in a disorderly fashion or refuses to follow the standards and policies of the Management of the
